My name is Stephan Adams — I’m a Canadian veteran, architectural technologist, and founder of Sanctuaries.

 

After serving in the military and working in engineering, I wanted to create something different — a project that gives people real freedom through land, income, and simple living.

 

Sanctuaries is more than a housing idea — it’s a hands-on mission I run from the ground up. I manage the builds myself, work with local teams in El Salvador, and make sure every buyer gets the honesty and quality they deserve.
